The mutants are at a crossroad in time. The Mutant Registration Act, approved by the new government forces every mutant to identify himself as such or face the consequences, in this case being annihilated by the Freedom Force, an organisation of ex-villains hired by the government, lead by Mystique and featuring members like Pyro, Avalanche and Spider-Woman.

But as soon as X-Men (who refuse to comply with the Act) and FF start fighting each other they understand there are more important problems to solve than their petty legal differences. First is finding Storm and Forge, and second is saving the world from countless waves of dinosaurs and mad indians invading the nearby Texan city.

Based on Marvel's comic book crossover The Fall of the Mutants, we welcome X-Men 2, a game combining RPG, strategy and action elements. Thanks to esgmaster for the review, Romano for the archive and Geezer for the advertisement, which can be found in the boxshots section.

Thanks to Chris, we've finally added the manual, the reference card and a map of Europe that came along with Koei's naval trading simulation game, Uncharted Waters. Also we have uploaded a couple of boxshots, including one humongous poster that brings back the Renaissance with its art and style.

The bug that marked translated (=non-English) game entries as protected, and thus made the games non-downloadable there, has been fixed. HailToNietzsche was in the depths of his own worst nightmare again, but this time there was no waking up. Lost and alone in a dangerous and alien world, he had to discover where he was, how he got there, and how he was going to get out! In a frantic search of the unfamiliar land, he explored aMAZEing forests, mines and underground complexes, collecting boxshots and interacting with indigenous creatures. The latter told him about the magic rites one can perform over the former, and so he accomplished to teleport back to his home, Abandonia, where the boxshots which travelled with him are stored in a shrine to worship them and their secret powers.
