Since never.
As far as I know, this store was selling official merch until 2009. At that point it came to light the store was pocketing all profits from the merchandise and the owners never received a single penny of revenue. Studentis contacted the store to cease the sales and that should have been the end of it. This is not the first time I see that they ignored that communication.
