BMB Compuscience profile
Being primarily a software/hardware designer and retailer, BMB Compuscience got into the gaming industry with Sopwith. The game was designed to test their new local network system, Imaginet, giving players access to the multiplayer feature. Due to high popularity, a sequel was developed shortly after, Sopwith 2, ending unfortunately BMB's game creation history. This clearly shows that the company never intended to become a permanent player on the video game market.
In 1995 they bought Systems Xcellence from SXC Health Solutions and began working under this new name with healthcare software.
