I love my coffee, but I certainly don't feel as if I'm addicted to it. Maybe I just haven't noticed. I like my coffee quiet strong and mainly drink it in the office. I might have an odd cup at the weekends at home. :Brain:
I don't drink it really on holiday, not to the extent that I would drink it here and it doesn't bother me. Maybe just 1-2 cups over a two week holiday. So I don't think I'm affected by the addictive side to it. Maybe cause I take milk with it. I can also have a cup right before bed and it doesn't affect my sleep at all. Not that I've noticed anyway! I LOVE COFFEE : )
