Keen 6 was actually owned by FormGen, instead of just being distributed by them. FormGen got bought out by GT (and then by Infogrames/Atari) ages ago.

i just read the "black list"...

i can't understand why some companies keep protecting some prehistoric games like "wolfenstein3d" or "simon the sorcerer"...there's no logic in it

Well, Wolf3d is still a very popular game, and I expect it is still selling very well. Apogee, however, is one of those companies that keep selling their old games as long as they are in demand. They are slowly abandoning a few though, such as Alien Carnage, due to the fact that it works poorly on most newer machines.
