Here's a list of non-abandonware games, so games that are still sold or games that are under a license:

The Black List

There are also links to sites where you can buy them.

Maybe it can be of use...

This mean that we can put Destruction Derby :w00t:

"Commander Keen (2,3,5) - Apogee"

that means we could technically put up Commander keen 1 if that list is totally correct

If I recall it correctly, Commander Keen 1 was a shareware version for commander keen 1 to 3, and commander keen 4 was a shareware version for commander keen 4 to 6...

But then I wonder why Keen 6 is abandonware... Maybe because it was protected (you must have the manual to play it)...

Well... No Kings Quest, Quest for Glory, Police Quest or other old Sierra adventure games on that list.

This list is not complete of course, take it as a guideline, it cannot replace your own research on games you plan to upload. If you have any additions or corrections concerning this list, please contact our crew.

:bleh: Still a useful list for a first checkup. Saves the trouble of looking for the homepage of some developers or publishers :ok:

Keen4 was actually the shareware for only 4-5.

6 was an entirely different release.

...and GTA is freeware, that list is old...
