 I guess it was temporary break (but possible to happen again). I suggest to check its activity through status page (http://ufo2000.xcomufo.com:2000/) before launching the game, and then, if it isn't working, to change login server to backup one. |

. Did it, but it said nothing about the team cost. Only weaponsets and how the rank or something is calculated.
