Ok I fixed the UFO defense problem. Its caused by DXdiag.exe.
Go to Run in the start menu, type D  IAG.exe. Go to the DISPLAY tab, and select DIRECTDRAW DISABLED.That should get it done. But it still crashes when it enters the squad prep screen. |
