Thank you in advance!
Chrono Quest is a nice detective/ mystery adventure published by Psygnosis in 1988. Known also as "Explora" in France it spawned 2 sequels in 1989 and 1990 respectively. In this first part, when he arrived back home, the protagonist found his father murdered. Being the primary suspect, he must discover the real shadow behind the crime. In your quest you'll use a time machine (hence the "chrono" in the title) and the clues left by the old man. Our longtime contributor, Frodo, is eager to write for us a review, but unfortunately no one has the copy and all our attempts of finding it were unsuccessful. If you have the DOS copy and are willing to share it with us don't hesitate and give us a shout in the offers forum!
The Lost City of Atlantis
We are looking for full English version, we have German one on site.
Our member MrDeadly even contacted the producer of the game, Thomas Dumstorf, through an old fax number. And he had no idea where to find the English version!
The main focus on this site is to showcase abandonware games, and for this we need quality reviews and screenshots. If you are confident of your English writing skills and game knowledge, your help will be invaluable in this area!
If you still have original boxes, manuals, floppies or CDs of old games you bought in the past, we would love to have their scans! You can offer your precious material here.
As you probably have noticed already, this site is being translated into several languages (with even more languages on the way), and we are always looking for people who can help.
A bug that blocked translations has been just solved and we are recruiting again!
If you want to join remember to check our forums and post your application!
In addition, we are working on a new webzine focusing on abandonware and issues relating to it. So if you have a love of old games and a desire to get involved in the creative process, please get in touch with us. We'd love your articles, columns, stories or opinion pieces. Don't feel left out if you prefer the artistic side of things; we'd love to have your help with our layouts and graphics - anything you like.
