One of the most famous adventure games that came from Lucas Arts. Unlike it's prequels, this one is not based on a movie. The story is nevertheless very intriguing and would make more than a worthy sequel.
As Indiana Jones, you must save the Secret of Atlantis from falling into the wrong hands - Nazi hands - specifically the ones of Dr. Ubermann, a Nazi nuclear scientist. Germany hasn't got sufficient quantities of uranium to produce an atom bomb, but would be able to create even more devastating weapons if they were to discover the energetic metal from Atlantis. Beating the Nazis to Atlantis is your primary concern, and you can accomplish this task in one of three different ways, for the game forks at a certain point. Every way is almost a completely new game!
The game uses a typical point-and-click interface, which has proven itself to be very intuitive. It's graphical design was top-of-the-line at the time of production - plenty of colors, "realistic" scenery and some beautiful animations decorate this masterpiece.
Sound effects are also quite good and the music really immerses the player into the game's world.
