This game was released by Silicon Knights in March 1992. It was voted the best multi-player game in 1992 by Computer Game Review.
Five empires descend upon the neutral and strategic planet of Orion in an attempt to claim it as their own. The days of conventional warfare are over and the age of the cybernetic warrior is at hand.
The game is a mix of strategy and battle action. First it has a strategic part where you build factories, cyborgs, gain control over new countries, plan your next moves, schedule attacks and build defences. Once you and the computer have completed your turns, its time for action - attack, defence or occupation.
To win the game you need to defeat the enemies with your armies of cyborgs. Size of the cyborgs varies from the smallest type called Mercury to TITAN which is the largest one available. Each of the cyborgs carry various weapons in their arsenal. The cyborgs can be controlled either by keyboard or joystick. You can issue various orders to your cyborgs before the battle begins, and set how strictly they will follow them.
In the tactical part of the game you start with 1 country (random location) and a capital in it (illustrated by a flag). Each turn, the capital(flag) will earn you income from that country. You start with 1,210,000 credits which will be sufficient for building a factory and buying at least 1 cyborg.
There are diffrent enviroments in which a battle can occur such as Artic, Lava, Forest, City, Desert and similar. Each terrain has certain features that can affect the outcome of a battle. In the city there are lots of buildings you can blast your way through, in forest you need to blast trees in your way, while in lava regions you might end up walking on lava, and thus risking your cyborg overheat. You can also build fortifications in the countries you control. Those fortifications are armed well and will autofire on enemies. It is good at defending vital countries at the beginning, as well as later in the game. Note that you need at least 1 cyborg in the country for the fortification to work.
There are 3 diffrent game types you can play:
Complete Campaign, that is tactical and action.
Strategy Campaign, that is tactical only.
Battle Practice, you can try battle action right away.
You can also set how clever the AI will be and there is an option with "fog of war"
I remember playing this game on my amiga a lot when i was younger. To this day it is one of my favorite old games that was released on the amiga (alongside with Moonstone and Super Frog). I wont give much more clues about how to get further, it is your "turn".

The game starts with the file Cyber.com , and if you want to change keyboard keys, start Keyinit.exe
