![]() It's again related to Need For Speed High Stakes.
Thing is, I have three CD-ROMs installed in my Windows 98 SE (1 CD-RW, 1 CD-ROM and 1 Virtual CD-ROM of Daemon Tools). Now I have installed the game Need For Speed:High Stakes properly in my computer. But it runs only when there is only one CD-ROM in my computer! E.g. either I have to disconnect both the CD-ROMs to play with virtual CD-ROM or disconnect CD-ROM and disable Daemon Tools Virtual CD-ROM to play the game. Why is this so? Is there a trick by which I don't have to open my CPU everytime to play that game and directly disable my CD-ROM drives? I have tried disabling through the BIOS, even through Device Manager in Windows 98 but my physical CD-ROM and CD-RW does not disapper. It is very annoying to open CPU each time and disconnect the CD-ROM and CD-RW. Any suggestions or helpful tricks?
