Have you checked the games section?

Well, there is a version for SNES if you like, you can get an emulator for free and the game is located in: www.rom-world.com

Capcom = not abandonware. You can probably find it at Troop's link or somewhere else (a quick search on Google could do it) but it'll probably never be on this site. Or it'll be very difficult to find.

LOL, that was funny. I thought Megamann was Marvel. Odd. I probably thought this becouse I played Marvel vs. Capcom recently on the MAME.
