I have a really cool proposition, but it can't work if nobody has read "The Good Earth" by Pearl S Buck. Has anybody read it?

Well, probably no-one has read it, so why should they bother to reply?

I suppose that if anybody wanted to reply they would do it.
Me - I haven't read that... Anyways, what's the proposition, and what is the book about? ROTFL, what a timing. You have what You asked for. |

Well, its a very famous book, the author won a nobel prize for it!
The proposition was to make a game out of the book, because the book is made perfectly for a game. But since nobody read it....what a shame. I can't explain the plot to you because it is too complicated, but it is a wonderful book. Cant believe nobody has heard of it. The Good Earth Pearl S. Buck If you have the time, check it out, its great. I just thought a simulation game made from it would a ton of fun. Oh, well. |

Well, of course I've heard of it, but there's plenty of books I've heard of but which I haven't read.

Those Mark Twain style classics: books everyone wishes they'd read but which nobody ever does.
