Alright I'm running Windows 98 and I have DOS, but I can't get some DOS games I download to run without DOSBOX because of some EMS(?) issue. So I use DOSBOX, well.. just about every game I run through DOSBOX has choppy sound, like it's lagging or something. And it doesn't even out until I lower the frame rate quite a bit, and then the game itself becomes a bit slower. Someone told me it had something to do with memory, but the games that work both on DOSBOX and my regular DOS seem to work just fine in regular DOS, so what's the deal. Is there something I can change in the DOSBOX config.? With sound or video or something? Help please!
