Anyway of slowing down the scrolling speed of dosbox games? move the mouse to the edge of the screen and it woooshs across half the map , although mouse movement itself is fine

Reduce your cycles. You obviously are overclocking the game.
If this is not the answer then search for a scrolling speed option in the game itself. Usually in the option menu.  |
