Although the game's developer and publisher aren't ESA protected, and the game isn't supported anymore, the game is sold on Amazon. Therefore...

The Amazon.com buylink I linked to no longer has a "Fulfilled by Amazon"-labeled vendor selling new copies of the game. Therefore, unless someone can find a valid buylink, this game is approved!
