How many classic dialogue lines can you guys think of that have originated in video games?

Anybody remember this one?

"It's time to kick behind and chew bubble gum, and I'm all outta gum."

"Oh, that's such a cliche"

"That doesn't seem to work..."

or

"I can't pick it up." [you click on the item again]
"No, seriously - I can't pick that up." [you click on the item again]
"Are you stupid? I can't pick it up!" [you click on the item again]
"Read it from my lips: I. Can't. Pick. It. Up." [you click on the item again]
"I give up." [your character turns its back to you and starts weeping.]

You fool.
You've given cheese to a lactose intolerant volcano god.
Do you know what that means?
You have brought about the Coming of the Divine Dysentry.
Run for your lives!

I meant it to be a quiz on what game the line came from. Tell you what, if you think you can stump us put one on here and preface it with "Where have you heard this before?". Try to make it an original and memorable line though.
