I think pm Horseman or perhaps Ermuli or Red_avatar. They seem to have the biggest collections of games.

Actually, AFAIK any updater or admin can pull files off the FTP and upload them somewhere else where everyone else can download them.

Err... Digger?
I saw two versions of this game, and I have a remastered DOS version of the one I think you might need.  Digger on level 7 Is this the one what you need? If yes, I make a review of it with a full load of screenshots
