Istanbul is missing under Turkey Location. I had to choose Adana instead.

this is simply because it starts loading a really huge list of the cities. and i mean really huge, it's 17325 of them
wtf did they think when they added this? studentis needs to be notified about this issue for now, just click it, leave your browser running, go make yourself a cup of hot tea, get back and it'll be loaded |

Well, I'm on a fairly high-end computer, myself. The whole computer doesn't lock up, it's just the web browser that stops responding, meaning I have to end it via Task Manager then restart it. But thanks for the advice, I'll try that next time.

Wait a few minutes - the list is quite simply massive and takes a while to load.
