only rpg close to match: bloodwych 2 player mode

i couldnt agree more . DM was my all time favourite amiga game . And as you mention bloodwych on 2 player mode was awesome as well . Bloodwych was highly underated in my opinion , especially being able to play with a friend.

I think it is a good idea to map your way as you go along, if you are like me and don't like using cheat websites to find your way around.

I got this error: "put the game save disk in c:" and I cannot save the game
I'm using dosbox 0.73. Windows XP SP3.
Game is installed in to c:\users\name\oldgames\dmaster\

Just hit the save game button and it should save. I think it's just asking a disk to store the save game file.

I was a member a loong time ago, still remember fondly finding abandonia and dos box, was very happy to play master of magic once more Anyway..
I was curious as to has anyone made the zo ka th ra stone and clipped it into the dragons staff to seal that evil wizard at the bottom most floor? Trapping him in a energy box isn't as easy as it sounds. My poor party suffered from my stupidity as wizard when I used the dragons staff point blank at a wall.. The front two of the party were burned to ashes. I had to go and rez them, as for my back two my healer suffered a major body wound to the lower extremities and the only reason I took little or no damage was because I found the fire resistant body armor

*note have your non casters yell at monsters early on for caster level ups

The magic box item casts the spell freeze life, good for stunning fast monsters

scrolls are just informational resources
they tell you how to cast spells, and clues for some of the puzzles

Water is found in the fountains spread through out the dungeon
Green screamers, purple worms, and huge gerbils are food type mobs

the first line of runes is the power setting
try the first power rune <</Lo, then N/Fu runes for magic torch light
also the 4 little dots/Oh then the Hourglass/Ven rune will cast a posion cloud
that those rock mobs don't like too much
have two or more of your party armed with the poison cloud spell and you can drive most mobs into corners, or better yet under doors then click and smack them to death with the door

Good luck, and try to find the dungeon master

the Rock-like creatures, punch her many times an too fast,
each attack from this monster, can poisoned you
if have a glass, use spell "Lo" "Vi" "Bro"
"<<" "aquarius symbol" "()"
and drink her, is the cure

a small detail, the most strongers adventurers can suport the poison without serum "Lo" "vi" bro" (Halk, stamm, sonya, daroou)

if you not practice your spells, forget survive next levels

General tips::

practice your spells, you needed
maybe first you fail, many times, but is necesary for you make a Master or four Arch Masters
each attack with empty hand, help to obtain A ninja level
each stuff throwed, help to obtain a ninja level
each attack with a weapon, and each attack received from the monsters, help to obtain a Fighter level
each "war cry" (yaaah!!!) help to obtain a priest level, also champions without mana(stamm and halk)

be patient and give a champion with higher force, and power wizard
