No offense guys, but is there a reason you have screenshots of the final battle and end of the game on Veil of Darkness' info page?

Thanks, but actually you just spoiled it for everyone. If you hadn't said anything, no-one would have known. Obviously you would only know it was the final battle if you had played it already.

Hey. To anybody's who's beaten the game. I am stuck, I'm not sure if my game is messed up or what, but I'm nearly at the end. I've done pretty much all of the prophecy except for pry information out of Crazy Frank. I have his tooth, and I remember making a voodoo doll with it when I was a kid and played the game but everytime I go to the gypsy woman, she doesn't ask me about making a voodoo doll, only about reading my fortune. I type in "voodoo doll" and nothing happens. I looked up a walkthrough online to help, and they said to ask her about her "needs", so I typed that in and nothing happened. I basically need to dispell Frank, or get him to show me where the cave is or whatever, then I can go kill Kairn. I'm very frustrating. Anybody know if there's something you are supposed to do before you get the voodoo doll or if you have to word it a certain way to the gypsy woman?

Go to The Village. Buy a candle. Go to the bar talk to the people there. They will tell you about Crazy Frank, about Mathias upstairs, and a tooth. Go upstairs to room near stairs, and there should be a guy Mathias standing in front of a mirror in one of the rooms. Talk to him completely, especially re Crazy Frank’s hut and revenge, buy his tooth.

Go to the fortune teller gypsy, Maria. Ask her about "NEEDS". She will make a voodoo doll for you. Go to Crazy Frank's hut. Hold the voodoo doll in one hand and the gold pin from the dying girl's mother in the other hand. Talk to Crazy Frank. He will tell you about a cave.

Did you talk with Mathias about everything?

I believe I did I've gone back and spoken to him several times to make sure. I've gone to Kairnes fortress and looked in all the rooms incase I missed something. I found some crystals and I'm not sure what to do with those, or if I have to use them for something? Everytime I tlak to Mari the gypsy woman I can only choose "foretelling" or whatever her future reading option is. I type in NEEDS and nothing happens.

I'm like soooo close to the end of the game and very frustrated!

other than that i have no idea what you can do.

Hey, I was wondering if anyone else has encountered a bug in the cavern maze (catacombs, I think it's called?) under Eduard's house where you go through the door and get stuck, the screen all black except for the wall you're stuck in? I had this happen to me on the exit door to the long tunnel that leads to that single room and hadn't saved in a while so now I'm back quite a ways and wondering if there is a way to reset it or unstick myself so I don't have to play all that over again? I nearly died the first time I went to the graveyard!

NEVER EVER throw items away just like that!

Choose a place where you drop all the items you don't need for the moment. I dropped the dagger hell knows where and suddenly I needed it towards the end of the game. I don't think I will run around for hours an dhours in order to get the stupid item back. Tis a pity...
