As to any other "how to do this in DosBox" questions, check the official DosBox FAQ, and particularly this part of it. It is quite helpful for users unfamiliar with DosBox.

gaaaah....I have troubles with this version
 I run it with DosBox, but it's just doesn't work right... For example: the ball is moving only when I manipulate it with arrow-keys... 0_o So strange... |

Did you try to steer it with the right and left SHIFT keys? They should work too, and be little easier to steer the game with.
