Not a bad idea, but according to the review it was quite a good conversion. Still the amiga version was top drawer.

Try Google, maybe they are available on some site, though I'm not sure if hosting them is allowed. You may also try to find Cloanto's Amiga Forever package, the ROMs were part of it. It's fair game to download them aslong as you have an Amiga at home, because technically you own the ROMs too, just need a way to extract them from the heart of the machine.

Well i have amiga emulator ... amiga forever 6.0 plus pack and some kickstart roms too.

Its one of the hardest to run emulator i have yet seen ( if not all time hardest).

To begin with, every game needs a different cpu setting that you need to know beforehand ( a lot tougher than it actually sounds)

Ok there is a website that gives you setting for most games. So now you dont need to worry bout setting but those setting require different version of kickstart roms.

Oh but wait i have amiga forever 6.0 and it has its own romset which is not used in any settings.

Ok so finally what if you discard all setting and run on default setting or some other setting you randomly tried ?
The answer is that game will run very fast or the game sound will go out of sync or it might not run at all.

Basically you will never ever have the same experience of playing the game that you should have.

The best way is to play game on dosbox.

I just found out this fan made game

http://www.the-underdogs.org/game.php?name=T2002

the official website is http://www.pekaro.de.

and this is a freeware game based on original turrican.

The music is totally awesome and will remind those who have played the game a lot from their past.

For those who havent played turrican ... what are you waiting for go and download one of the best games ever.

P.S the music alone is worth the download and its frm the original game which tells you alone the effort put into the game by its creators.

IF you are having music stopping problems download the mp3 version (39MB) from their official website instead of the TMFX version hosted at underdogs website.
