This game's interface seems similar to Bard's Tale.

This is one of the few games I actually paid money for back in the day and I was not disappointed. For its time, the story was well written, decent gameplay on par with Bard's Tale and Wizardry, and decent graphics.
I remember reading an interview with the lead programmer and he said that he wanted to put better graphics and more subplots to the story, but was limited to two 5.25" disks for size. Originally they had planned on putting in animated icons similar to the Ultima games. Nonetheless this is a great game. Cheers to Abandonia for adding this! |

This surely, absolutely and banana full-proof is one of the best games in history. Kind of common, huh? Ok. It has beautiful graphics (yes), a really good post-nuke story with subplots, a really fun character develpoment system with 'hidden" skills, a climate (i'm playing this game the second month now in my really neat polish winter scenery and I feel like the sun is burning me k: ). I recomend this game for all Fallout lovers and other Interplay and Bard's Tale fans. Hail Abandonia (I can't drink alcohol beacause I'm 13). Any hints? You don't have to even look at Max or Finster if you wan't to find Cochise. Fixing toasters is good. Bye. :bye:

It was a standard style interface for the period. I remember playing Wasteland when it first came out, and loved it.

This maybe seems a little lame, but where is the cave entrance?
