well in the red alert when i put the 3.03 patch into the folder of the game, the game dont run, how i install it correctly? :help:

I have the same problem. When I installed the BETA patch, the game did not run!!!
Did I do something wrong??? :help:

:help: Hi, I followed what to do with red alert becuase i had the same problem the window kept on comming up that i was missing something so i installed the Gold patch, but when i open up the game it just goes to a black screen and nothing shows up and when i click it doesnt do anything. Does anyone know what to do? thanks

have you got westwood internet components installed? if i remember right, it requires those

I have Red Alert installed on a 98' computer. The computer itself may be stuck in dos mode though...... LOL

okay, if you intend to use westwood online, download the XWIC patch, it changes the server you log into, the server is one thats constantly up, whereas the westwood is now down...

Hi!
I cannot manage to install RA on my PC. javascript:emoticon(':ranting:') smilie My OS is XP Home Edition. I _already_ selected the compatibility mode (win95), then my game try to install. But, when the installer gets to 100%, I have a message Box, titled "Setup Initialization Error", with no message at all in it o_O !!! Has anybody any idea pleaaase ??? javascript:emoticon(':help:') smilie |
