I beg to differ because I speak from my own experience. There are very methodical, organized, and perfectionate people like me who can be dominated by their habits, rituals.

Perhaps the best example would be the famous Belgian detective Hercule Poirot. Shhh. Air-cule Parrot is just a partner of Miss Lulu_Jane Marple.

And this can result in a very high self-demand, upsetting yourself and others demanded by your demands. In the long run, this leaves the person well exhausted.
