Publisher and developers are not ESA members.
Still sold on Amazon (also British).

There isn't. Used to be some mention of "not going above 1997" back in 2005, but in practice most 2000s era games are filtered out by the current rules already. What isn't is typically far too massive to be placed on the site anyway.

Fulfillment by Amazon counts as valid Sold status.
