![]() I'm sure if this is a dos box thing or something I can set on my computer but I've been playing 2 games, Dylan Dog: The Murderers and King Quest 6. Both games, the music will play....but it skips constantly.
Is there a fix to this? Or does anybody else experience the music skip? Thanks! |

![]() Click on Edit configuration in DosBox folder in Start menu and in the dosbox-xxx.conf file (xxx - version of DosBox installed) search for [mixer] and change the following:
blocksize=1024 prebuffer=128 to blocksize=2048 prebuffer=512 That should help the sound / music skipping. If necessary you can raise prebuffer to more, but blocksize of 4096 would make the reaction of sounds too slow. |
