 Arete hope you feel better soon. Old fashioned remedy for tummy bugs..Apple cider vinegar in a glass 250ml of water. about a teaspoon should be OK ..SIP it SLOWLY every 10 mins..:thumbs: |

I'll do my best, through great effort, to laze around as much as possible  And it's some sort of infection, the doc says. I'll be on antibiotics for five days

I hope you get soon better Arete. Actually I think you might need to read this article as seeing you are in Africa it might concern what you have. I really hope not, though. Be careful when you drink fresh water over there.
