Get a front end like D-FEND, from the DOSBox site (go to 'utilities'), it makes running DOS games with DOSBox so much easier. Mouse clicks and a GUI interface is a lot better than commands like 'mount c c:\' !!!

Drive mounting can be automated through DOSBox.conf.
Norton Commander works in DOSBox just fine, and you really don't need a more complex GUI than that.

I much much prefer Dosbox Game Launcher:

http://members.quicknet.nl/blankendaalr/dbgl/

It's updated frequently and is even made to work with the beta/CVS versions of DOSBox - it already supports all features in the upcoming DOSBox 0.73 for example. Also, DBGL is easier to get used to as long as you know how DOSBox works.

Finally! I did it to pass the guard's password protection! All I had to do was to give him some silver coins and then kill him!.
Im kidding. ^-^

I was stuck in there. I saw the forum some days ago, but I still couldn't find the exact word.... since yesterday. I was reading another page!!!
I'll give an example about my last confussion. NEVER do what I did, never try this:

So, what I was looking was this(it's still an example):
"Page 4, line 3, word 4"

Here, I used to think that what is in bold was the password!... And So was it that I got rejected like 5 times from the castle... And once again, to run it by DOSBox..

INSTEAD: This is what you should do(In case there is someone else just like me who mistakes everything!).

Finding your way in the dark
Dungeons and underground caverns are often dark. This can
make exploring tricky. You will want to find a lantern as soon
as possible. Lanterns automatically provide light when you
enter dark areas. As the oil in the lantern is used up, the
lantern will begin to dim. You will need to find oil for you
lantern if it runs low. Left-click on your lantern to see how
much oil remains.

Money purse
Silver crowns are the standard unit of currency in Gladstone.

As I was writing what was first bold, I didn't notice that That page belonged to page 5 actually. So, here its underlined, bold, and in italics what the real password is.

I have to admit it, it was stupid of me to make such a terrible mistake. But sometimes we find on books that the page number is in the top right corner, right??

Yesterday I made it to pass through the castle, and I felt alived. I felt so stupid since then. So this is why I explain it quite long, for avoiding any possible doubt.
