LHC sounds more like an illegal substance. Should be handled by the Interpol. Anyway... Carry on.

No, one as small as the LHC would be able to create would collapse very soon after it was created. Such a small hole does not have enough force to pull in matter from around it before it collapses.

Oh, so they already know that fact for sure? Or it is just some guessing?

I don't think CERN would have made the LHC if they knew the risk of a destructive black hole being created was high. Stop worrying, guys.
