Here's a near-exact copy of the control panel from TFTD. The "dump all AP" and "reserve TUs for Kneel" buttons had to go, since they don't have any equivalents in UFO 2000.
Works 100% fine - just unpack it to the game directory, confirm overwrite of the standard-icons.lua file and you're good to go.

Now I've got to see if I could adapt the control panel from Apocalypse, and then perhaps the TFTD soldier graphics.
After that? I've seen a request for a GANTZ mod in the Ufo 2000 forums. Might be fun to try...

where does the -what's the name- ''%'' mean behind the damage of a weapon/weaponclip? And the ammotype? e.g. damage: 70 (50%) ammotype: 3

Something about possible variation in how much damage is dealt to the target. I believe there is a topic in the official UFO 2000 forum discussing that in detail.

The ammotype is whichever ammo type it uses. Example: the Auto-Cannon and Heavy Cannon can use AP, HE, or Incendiary ammo.

Here's an updated version of the TFTD control panel mod.
I've fixed the soldier up/down buttons (only half of them worked in previous version) and made it so that all you have to do to uninstall the mod is delete the control panel graphics or move them elsewhere. :amused:

Plus, a screenshot of the mod in action:

I'm getting error messages (1062 stable) during the game:
___error in NID___ (happens 4-10 times during a turn, mostly on enemy turn)
___error in NID reserve type___ (happened 3 times total during the game)
Also when I kill the enemy's last unit I get te victory screen but the opponent never gets a 'not victory' screen, he doesn't even see being shot, he gets a next turn and goes with his (of my knowledge) dead unit and after ending his turn he waits for a long time for my turn which won't happen as my game ended already and finally quits.

Also the bugtracker on the ufo2000 site is down so I had to post it here.
let me know if you know anything (are those things SUPPOSED to happen?)
