There was obviously something wrong with the archive. I replaced it with the one that worked fine for me. It should be ok, if you're having problems, just redownload!

Sound doesn't work in dosbox for me. (I'm in Linux, but I don't think that matters).

I am now filling the third prescription of the game. For the madame. She needs testorate (sp.) 25mg 1 day. The book only has the recipe for 75ml...? Anyone know how to make it..?

Well, I don't know but you could try dividing all of the quantities by three to get the right amount...

i got that far and got stuck, doesnt seem anyway past it. will try ^^ the /3 idea though

I thought of that too ,talon. I can't find a way to measure it out though. One of the ingredients you need 5gm and none of the mesuring things will measure less than 5gm..... :crazy:

That sword fight is a B#$%^ on a modern machine... you can set the difficulty way down to pass it I belive.
Also, Coursegold was also the town Sierra Online inhabited back in the day this game was made. I actually got to be in the 2nd Gabriel Knight game! At the end, in the opera house I'm the stage hand with lots of hair whose back is turned towards you
