![]() I wasn't even aware that there was "special" builds for DOSBox. So, my answer will be very simple:
I love DOSBox because it allows me to run games made from the DOS era into a great emulation of DOS. I like typing old DOS commands just as much as I liked it back in the old days. I see no point in using another "build" only to have an UI I don't want, it would even be a detrimental addition IMHO. For the rest... I usually always use the last version and if it doesn't work with the game I want to run, I backtrack the other versions to see if it worked better back then. |
