how do you get download to run
I have very little understanding of computers but I've downloaded the game but when I click on the exe file in winzip it goes to a dos screen telling me to insert the disc with samples.eat on it and I don't know what to do????

You don't run the game... ANY game... from inside Winzip. And since these are DOS games, you don't run them in plain Windows either.
What you need is to read A beginner's guide to DOSBox
