![]() Having played, beaten and purchased all current sam & max episodes I would suggest getting them from the telltale games website. I believe its only 30 some dollars and you can get the discs and plenty of cool extras for the cost of shipping. As a whole the 1st season of Sam&Max is good, there are a few iffy episodes in the middle but as a whole theyre fully entertaining and pretty true to the source.

![]() I've played one or two of the new episodes. They're good, and do recapture the feel of the original. Looks like they had a bit of fun creating it.
Due to the nature of the delivery, there is much less freedom in these games, with only a limited amount of locations at any one given time.

![]() I also have to say don't think of it as 6 games. I completed Part 1 in about 2 hours without a guide, so unless 6 games take you 12 hours...

![]() LucasArts are doing what every self-conscious publisher should: earning money by re-releasing their old games in a form compatibile with modern systems.
On one hand, it prevents the games from becoming AW... on the other, it ensures old hits to remain popular for years to come. |
