Does it output any error messages, crash DosBox or give you a "file not found" error?

Hi all,
i think its a nice game... I'm so glad that i found it. I played it long time ago when i was around 8 i think i played it last :blink: well... THANKS!!!
I read some messages and for all who needs help:
1. maybe you have to raise the cycles (ctrl+f12) up to around 13000 cycles i think...
2. i think its not the holy roman empire... it's if i translate it correctly: "the holy roman empire german nations" k: i hope so^^

it does not work. i tried everything in this tread. it says:
cd-rip... so do sobst!
don't load mscdex !
removing drive not supported. doing nothing.
subst failed. you either made an error in your commandline or the target drive is already used.
it's only possible to use subst on local drivesRemoving drive not supported doing nothing.

that is what i did! i get the error message above. i also tried running hamgam and hamgan z but then he asks for the cd. i also tried mounting the game in all kind of drives. i tried every tip in this thread... someone help ?!?

it didnt worked for me either. the prob was that i hab in the dosbox.conf a line where i alrady had my cd-drive mounted. after deleting this line it worked well. dunno if it helps others who had that problem with the demand of the cd.

I have found the HotU Version to work a bit more reliably. The only difference (apart from the Intro that's included with the HotU version) seems to be the cracked exe (no need for subst) and slightly different Sound Drivers.
I run it under native Win98 (SB16 doesn't seem to work properly on my SBLive but chosing SB Pro works)
Hope this helps people having problems. The game is worth it

I've tried everything up to this point in the thread except stuff that involves installing more stuff. so like mount solutions, hamgam z solution, etc) but so far no jackpots
