For some reason I can't copy the file over to my HDD, and the file keeps messing up when downloading at home.

Do you get an error message when copying?

Could you guys give me some info about the useful keys in C.Fodder? I mean, if they are such ones, for example to change the weapons or to switch between two groups of soldiers.

BTW, I've got one important question: is it possible to come back to the main manu (the hill, soldiers in a que and save/load options) while on a mission? Similar question: how to reutrn to DOS/DOSBox in other way than Alt+F4?

Cannon Fodder is from the old Amiga times. I don't think that there are hotkeys, since it was special those days to have a game controlled by mouse only.
But I don't really know...

I use dos-box/XP. No SB sound card. Full sound BUT: From my Amiga days I think I remember this intro song going "war has never been so much fun...". It's not here. Is my memory acting up on me or is it supposed to be here?

Not sure if the PC version has the song. I'm playing the game using WinAUE and war has never been so much fun. k:
Lost Jops on phase 4 of mission 4 right at the end. Time for revenge. :ranting:

Did you play the game in DosBox? You can get it from this site. With it you shouldn't have any problems with sound and music. And don't forget to set the music to some MIDI card if such setting is available there (is quite some time that I played that game), it sounds better.
i have no sound in cannon fodder 1, in cannon fodder 2 it works. whats wrong, must i install something first? is there a sound option in dosbox?
