what can i say...i'm not religious at all although i tend to spend time with "satanists" around here but i do not believe in god or satan.i'm an atheist but i also believe strongly in myself and soetimes worship myself...especially when i got the money.I might die tomorrow or even now..so why spend my time searching for something insignificant?if there really is a hell i'll end up there but i would embrace it as we make our own destiny.

In my opinion you can admire people, but you should not worship them.
And as for one or more higher powers... I believe that if they exist they really don't require our worship in any way.

Sometimes i'm so egoist to "worship" myself... i think that many do that, even if they don't notice that!

I've seen a whole helluva lot of religions, and I've had wiccan friends, met satanists, and talked with catholics, jews, christians, jehova witnesses, and islamic people. The concept for the religions are all pretty much the same, aside from wiccans. Even satanists believe that God is existent, and powerful. I personally believe in God, and If he is "Hangin' around", I think he has probably started a new little project somewhere off in the universe, and pays very little attention to earth in general, leaving to us to decide what to do with ourselves, till we die and either go to hell, or heaven. Of course, Nowadays actual Religion is barely existent. Most of it has been blended with other religions, or completely abandoned.

Seriously.. Satanists believe that God exists because without a God, there wouldn't be a Satan, since it's image isn't a denial of God, rather a "darker" part of the religion. I quite fancy those badass wannabes that say they are satanist, yet saying that God doesn't exist. My answer is something along the lines of "Do you like jello? I love jello". Idiots.

Worshipping isn't healthy. It kills your own thoughts, and puts you inside somebody else's mind. Easiest way to blur life and black out your personality.
