You got the stress level so high perhaps because you hire workers which is already very stressed from their previous job. Before assigning his/her to a position, check his/her stress level. Otherwise, all of your workers is more stressed simply working with his/her.

Okay, here's the problem. I've gotten 3 steel casing machines to drop off products at a storage bin via conveyor belt. However, when I assign a machine operator to the storage bin, they only have the load job assigned to them. How do you change it to balance, or, better yet, unload?

They will always balance, attempting to keep the storage bin as close to half capacity as possible.

If you activate postal mode, yes, I think they can do that. Storage Bins are good, yes...
I've noticed something else. It's near the end of the first year for me, but... some of my workers are disappearing. Not only that, when I check my personnel lists, there are some employees are who listed numerous times, and no sign of the missing workers. Is this a bug? |

If your employees are dancing/jiggling/stuck in the doorways, unassign and reassign them to their respective posts.

They're not stuck. They just... disappear. As if they never existed.
Not only that, but, when my white collar employees dissapear... whenever I try to click on the office the employees inhabited, I get a pop-up saying that Free Enterpri$e has caused an error and the game is shut down.... |

I was losing my hope, cos my P/L Report show only loss... 3 months and i got it to profit... first time when i play
 k: My employees report that my "sales effort is rather poor" anyone know how to get it up or something... :help:
