For those interested the first three games can be bought (most probably legally) at amazon.com and amazon.co.uk.

amazon.com:
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detai...ce&s=videogames
amazon.co.uk
http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/B...8455719-3278004

I can understand and agree with those who believe MI1 and 2 should be abandonware, I myself having gotten them of the net long ago (don't know where). But I also understand why abandonians are reluctant at uploading them, Lucasarts beeing the anal-retentive company it has become.

Well I didn't make those prices.

But your'e right. this is way to much to ask for even for such a classic, but it's still cheaper than this new copy of MI2 for 299.95$!

Okay that's just way too pricey, I honestly wonder if someone will buy it for that much...

One of the best games ever created. Sadly it is not so good as Monkey Island 1.

Do you think so? Why? This game is longer, the graphics are better, you can go to more different places and the music is great. Although I liked Monkey Island a lot (it was one of the first games I played), I've probably played Monkey Island 2 a great deal more often.

It's a good game no doubt, I liked it a little more than Monkey Island, music was nice, graphics was good, fun game, kinda missed the sword fighting though, but oh well.
