Need for Speed, The - Special Edition
basically its the same except it has a windows version that supports DX2 and TCP/IP networking and both versions* contain the tracks TRANSTROPOLIS and BURNT SIENNA and various enhancements in the game engine* (* i think because of how wikipedia says it like "The Windows 95 version supports DirectX 2 and TCP/IP networking, and includes two new tracks ("TRANSTROPOLIS" and "BURNT SIENNA") and various enhancements in the game engine.") please include both versions

It's 2012, therefore The Need for Speed - Special Edition is no longer ESA-protected. However, the game's sold status needs to be checked before it can be labeled "approved".
