Yes, it is being sold. I heard it can be played online however, and it was indeed so announced when it was released for the first time, although I've myself never found where.
Of course it's a video game.
But it's so realistic it actually borders on being an ordinary video game - but still has all the fun of one. I've found after some time the game a bit easy, playing as the Palestinian. The Israelite is the difficult thing for me. Perhaps the game is far too short (or it seemed to, because it is so darn wonderful).
