You just need to run the configuration program. If you're not using the drag'n drop method, do it anyhow, from Norton Commander or the command line (once the drive is mounted and you're in the correct folder and all), it makes no difference.

BTW it doesn't matter what sound card you really have--as long as it works in Windows. The same options listed there will get sound in any Windows machine--if you haven't changed that part of dosbox.conf--, regardless of its sound hardware.
