There is indeed a PC version, and it's downloadable right here on this site .....
It's DOS, so under Vista: run it dosbox.

Oh yeah, again before you ask: run with
sc in dosbox.

And the game is cracked, simply enter when asked for copy protection code.

Some peeps have all the luck, simply drag
sc.bat and drop it on dosbox.exe or so, the game runs fine that way.
If your mouse won't work, hit CTRL+F10 and click again in dosbox window, should work then.
