"This program cannot be run in DOS mode." is the standard error message a Windows program gives when you're trying to run it in DOS. Run the game in Windows - it should do just fine. |

you should buy the game from 3drealms and/or download the demo version for them 3drealms offers usually one episode for free. It's a quite a bit of work to finish that one http://www.3drealms.com/downloads.html |

AlumiuN | I'm guessing that your Duke Nukem 3D version has a Windows EXE. Which Duke Nukem 3D version do you have? | |

duke3d Hello everyone, I know people have not posted on this thread in a while....... Meh I am kind of new to Abandonia, and I would just like to say thank you to Japofran for makng that tutorial for newbies. I just have a little problem. You all know the classic shooter Duke Nukem 3D, right? Anyway I used that Drag N' Drop method with the DUKE3D.EXE file onto the DOSBox shortcut and this is what came up: Z:\>C: C:\>DUKE3D.EXE This program cannot be run in DOS mode. Can anybody explain to me what the problem is? Please Reply, ColdAdzar. :} |
