Similar To Street Rod

I'm looking for a game similar to Street Rod. I'm searching it for about 10 years, and I haven't found it. I don't know game's name, but it's exactly the same as Street Rod 2 (graphics), but you can also upgrade your car's weaponry which you use during the race. I would be very glad to hear if somebody knows what the f*ck I'm talking about! So, once again the game is Street Rod 2 plus weapons on your car

Sounds like "Streets of sim city" but..The graphics are the one destroying it all...
