Help Me! Which Game Is This?

The game looked a bit like Heroes of Might and Magic 1. It was played on a similar map except the map was a lot more simplistic. The castles were small and simple and they had a flag indicating who owned the castle (maybe...). The objective was to conquer every castle on the map. It was about knights and magic and the middle age. I played this in 1994 - 1996 (I think...) but the game might be older because the graphics were so poor.

I know the description is not very exact. It was a long time ago and I don't remember very well. But it would be nice to play this game again.

Well, Warlords had flags on the castles (or towns rather), but it was quite a bit older than 1994 though.
