Looking for a game

hi,

I have a problem to find a game. One of my friend would like to find a game that she was playing while young but she can't remember the name. She gave me juste few information about it but i still can't find it.
Voici les mègres informations qu'elle m'a donné pour le retrouver :

According to her it is a strategy game consisting in capturing ennemy base with a little car image. In her base she could build plane, tank or even boat in a specific time. Ex : 30 sec for a tank etc...
The game was in english and it was in 1992 - 1994. Floppy disk version^.

I know that there is not in off info but i hope someone have an idea.

It sounds like something from the Battle Isle series, except for being real-time.

Does she remember anything about what the graphics looked like, what kind of view there was on the gameplay area (top-down, isometric, something else? that may be a major help here) or how did the interface look?

No idea at all, but it does sound like a tutorial mission from Command and Conquer by Westwood Studios.
